Welcome to New Covenant Academy Admissions

Choosing the right school for your child is one of the most important decisions you’ll make. At New Covenant Academy, we believe that education should do more than prepare students for the future—it should shape their faith, character, and leadership.     Application For 2027-2028 Now Open

    Open enrollment begins in March after our current students are re-enrolled.  We highly recommend you apply early.

     We invite you to experience NCA firsthand. To learn more about our school, you can schedule a tour, attend a Coffee Talk and Tour event or contact our admissions department.       How to Apply

      To begin the Online Application process,  Apply Now.

      Next, log into your account and create a New Student Application for your child. You can then log in and out of your account to access your Online Application. Current families can log in to your parent portal and apply through the enroll/apply area.

      Once your application is complete, follow these easy steps: 

      1. Submit the application with the nonrefundable $100 application fee.

      2. We require two recommendations. Enter the email addresses on your application for these forms to be emailed directly to recipients. Alternatively, you can print the forms from these links:

      3. Complete the Student Questionnaire for students entering grades 7-12.

      4. Upload or submit copies of birth certificate and immunization records.

      5. Submit records request to your school at the appropriate time.

      6. An entrance screening (grades Jr. K and K) or entrance test (grades 1-12) may be scheduled.

      7. The admissions committee will review the completed file, and an interview will be scheduled with the principal or Jr. K director.

      8. Parents will be notified of the school’s final decision.

      Enrollment Criteria

      New Covenant Academy is an accredited Christian school with a challenging academic program. Because of the nature of the program, certain students, (especially those who may have learning difficulties or may have trouble following directions) may have difficulty in meeting the Academy’s standards. Therefore, the admission process is designed to identify those students entering grades Junior Kindergarten (Jr. K) through 12 who demonstrate motivation and the ability to fulfill the Academy’s academic, character, spiritual, and behavior requirements.

      In reviewing applications, the Admissions Committee considers the following criteria:

      • Academic performance
      • Standardized test results
      • Teacher and church leader recommendations
      • Individual and family characteristics

      Entrance Age

      Students must meet the following minimum age requirements for entrance:

      Junior Kindergarten:  4 years old by August 1
      Kindergarten:             5 years old by August 1
